1983   The factory was originally established in Pradpradaeng,Thailand.
1988   Because of increasing demand for shock absorbers in Thailand, we searched for a new site and expanded the company by moving to Bangplee Industrial Estate in Samutprakarn, Thailand, and jointed venture with
foreigner investors.
1995   The company was completely restructured to be 100% Thai shareholder and reengineering all management and quality system.
2001   YSS (Thailand) Co. Ltd. achieved QS 9000 and ISO 9002 Certification from TÜV Rhineland Germany.
2005   Mr.Walter Preisig, who has more than 20 years experience in shock absorber industie and development in Australia, joined YSS as R&D Technician to develop the new generation of shocks absorber. Later in the same year, Mr. Harry Essen from Holland, the former owner of Technoflex, know as “Father of High — Low Speed” has joined YSS as R&D manager.
2006   We achieved ISO/TS 16949 Certification from TÜV Rhineland Germany.

The modern factory, has excellent testing machines, well trained people, good R&D team and world class quality system, YSS is able to offer you the world class shock absorber. YSS is now working on a range of suspension products for the world market.

Mr.Pinyo Panichgasem,11 years of experience in shock absorber manufacturing and managing YSS Thailand, achieved QS9000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 and in 2002 Certification from TÜV Rhineland, Germany.        Mr.Walter Preisig, 20 years experience in developping new generation of gas shock and racing suspension, the former owner of Offline Racing in Australia. At present, has joined YSS (Thailand) as Research and Development Technician and owner of YSS (Australia). Consequence, he is a sophisticate modify racing bike, more racing tournament namely Australian Sidecar championship 1st A grade in 1985, 1998-2005 Australian classic sidecar champion unlimited class and many more.        Mr.Harrie Essens, over 25 years in racing suspension and well known as “the father of High-Low Speed”, the former owner of Promax racing in Holland. At present, has joined YSS (Thailand) as Research & Development Manager and owner of YSS (Europe), won in the European Championship and other races.
